The Zaporizhia Regional Clinical Children's Hospital provides medical assistance to children from the Donetsk, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhia regions. Small patients have many injuries: shrapnel and bullet wounds, burns, severe injuries. Many children are in critical condition. All of them are provided with first aid, surgical operations and resuscitation therapy are carried out. Together with benefactors, we purchased medical beds for this hospital, and another charitable foundation donated new mattresses. Now it was necessary to purchase special fabric to sew protective covers on each mattress to be able to protect them from contamination during long treatment and to ensure sterility in the wards.
We received such a request from doctors, and thanks to your charitable contributions on the site of the charity platform dobro.ua, we quickly closed the account for the payment of special fabric.
More than 70 sets of mattresses and pillows have already been sewn.
