Help Vladyk to say the word "mum"!

Little Vladyk is a cheerful, brave and creative immigrant boy from Kherson, who at the age of 4 dreams of speaking and communicating with the world.

At the age of 3 years, he was diagnosed with ASD (autistic spectrum disorder), delayed psycho-speech development with communication disorders. Hyperactivity and lack of concentration. In Kyiv, specialists discovered a concomitant disease – non-diverging strabismus.

Vladyk was born a healthy boy. The disease began to manifest itself gradually. At the age of 1.5 years, the child's development slowed down and almost all speech disappeared. The doctors could not determine the cause of this developmental delay. According to MRI results, the child has incomplete myelination of the brain. 

Now the child does not respond to the name, almost does not understand the speech addressed to him, Vladyk has no pointing gesture, he can spin around, not answer any questions and has problems with self-care. The boy loves to play, but does not respond to other children. He is fond of drawing with paints and pencils, but, unfortunately, his attention span is not enough for a long time.

Vlad's mother consulted a neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist and speech therapist. They recommended regular sessions with specialists at the Step by Step Physical Rehabilitation Center. The cost of such rehabilitation is 26,800 UAH. The boy's mother is unable to find such funds on her own, so she is begging everyone who cares to help raise the necessary amount for her son's rehabilitation. The money will help Vladyk to start talking, concentrating, distinguishing colors and smiling.

The boy's mother sincerely believes that the rehabilitation center's specialists will help her son, and he will finally be able to say the long-awaited word "mom" and respond to the world around him.
