Oxygen starvation of the brain led to the following diagnoses: cerebral palsy, delayed psycho-physical development, dystonic tetraparesis, atypical autism. Yulia was forced to leave the Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone with a sick child in her arms and become a resettlement in a foreign city. 

Kiryusha is 5 years and 8 months, but he does not speak, does not understand well-spoken language, cannot serve himself, does not ask for a pot, cannot walk up stairs, run and jump... Today, the child has undergone 6 rehabilitation courses in Truskavets, 3 a course of hippotherapy in the Rostok Zhizni of Kharkov, 3 courses of roll-vacuum massage, rehabilitation in the Maibutnie of Odesa, and is also involved in the Leprekon+ Correction Center.

During this time, Kiryusha changed very much and became physically stronger; his balance and the feeling of his body in space improved. He has eye contact, an interest in looking at the world around him, he says several syllables, and eats on his own with a spoon and a fork! Neurologists recommens regular, systematic classes with specialists in neuro correction, sensory integration, ABA therapy, Montessori education, speech therapists, speech pathologists, to undergo physical therapy and massage courses, and to undergo rehabilitation 2-3 times a year at the Koziavkin Clinic in Truskavets. Besides, they recommend to take courses of BAC (Bioacoustic correction) and TOMATIS therapy at the Leprekon+ Correction Center.

The next rehabilitation course costing UAH 43,200. The amount is very expensive for a family of immigrants.
