The child underwent osteotomy of the right and left thighs in the middle third to lengthen the femur. On 06.06.2024, surgical treatment was performed - dismantling of the Illizarov apparatus of the right and left hips with fixation with a plaster cast. Then the child was prescribed immobilization with a scotchcast bandage with the subsequent use of hip orthoses. As a result of the surgery, the femur was lengthened by 10 cm.
