Galina is mother of a large family; she has four children, two of whom are disabled. Davyd is 10 years old and Vova is 8 years old. Davyd was born in the 7th month of pregnancy, it was a premature birth, the baby was not breathing, and he spent 1.5 months in intensive care and neonatal pathology department. The baby was discharged with a syndrome of hydrocephalus. At the age of one year old, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis. Now, the child can’t sit on his own, can’t stand, the muscles are always in tone, tensed, because of this the boy suffers from pain all the time. His hands almost do not work due to the strong spasticity, and David doesn't speak well. He can't do anything himself, he just watches what adults do and how other children play. He has a special table at which he can sit, and when he is tired, asks his mother to take him to bed. Vova was also born in the 7th month of pregnancy, at first, everything was fine. 

He was discharged from the hospital without any diagnosis. However, over time, the mother began to notice that the baby gets behind other children of his age. Vova started to sit only at the age of 9 months, he crawled only on his tummy, and pulled his legs, began to walk at the age of 2 years, but very badly. Unfortunately, at the age of 3 years, the situation got worse, the child could not sit and fell. He also completely stopped walking. The legs got a strong tone. Now he is 8 years old, he walks on tiptoes, but he cannot stop by himself, for this he needs to find a support. He is a very sociable boy, he goes to a specialized school, he has many friends, and his teachers praise him. At school, he moves with the help of walkers.

Both kids need to be treated with a Dysport, a drug that is used to relax muscles for a long time, to eliminate spasticity. David who has both his hands and legs disable needs two injections. This will help him to relieve tone, muscle tension and pain. And Vova needs the only one bottle, thanks to the product, he will be able to start walking not on tips of his toes, but with the support of the whole foot. The mother really wants her children to be healthy and wants them not to feel the pain and suffering that the disease brings to them. Injections of the drug are given every six months, for two children it costs 25 710 UAH. For a large family, it is a very large sum. Treatment is scheduled for December. The mother asks all caring people to help her buy expensive medicine for her children.
