Dear donors, you have already helped Yaroslav to fight the disease: kyphoscoliosis of the 4th degree. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of many people, we managed to raise funds for the operation for installing of a metal structure on the spine. It was vital necessity: the arc of the spine compressed boy’s heart and strangulated his lungs; it was very difficult for him to breathe; he felt constant pain in the back. Without installing a metal structure, his life hung by a single hair. The operation corrected the condition of Yaroslav’s spine, now the internal organs are not clamped by the arc of the spine and can function normally; cramps stopped. And, we really would like to be happy about the guy’s condition, but... There was an unexpected incident: new pain and new suffering that neither he nor his family expected. 

In May 2018 the boy was operated, he has installed hardware on the spine. In August Yaroslav went to rehab, feeling hopeful for the future. Unfortunately, his state of health deteriorated in the center, a high temperature rose. Subsequently, the boy was sent home for treatment. He began the examination and treatment at the regional hospital of Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi, then in Odessa. The reason for the high temperature was purulent process in the area of the hardware. The results of the tank seedlings indicated the presence of Staphylococcus aureus. On 7 September 2018, Yaroslav was transferred to the Department of Neurosurgery of Regional Clinical Hospital where he received antibiotic therapy with Meronem. Then he was treated with Zivox at home. But, unfortunately, the infection is still in the body of Yaroslav, causing inexpressible suffering.

The defeat of the chest and lumbar spine with golden staphylococcus causes a pain syndrome with a disruption of the motion function. After all, golden staphylococcus is a deadly dangerous bacterium, the most dangerous for human health microorganism. Now Yaroslav lies almost all the time. Improvement occurs during Zivox antibiotic therapy and when taking analgesics. This disease can be overcome, but treatment requires a lot of finances. The course of droppers for 2 weeks costs UAH 26,474.00; large family from the village does not have much money. We ask all those, who are not indifferent to respond, to help to raise funds for two courses of Zivox. We strongly believe that together we shall be able to save a boy who has already suffered so much, but did not lose hope for healing and for normal, healthy life!
