Polina's story:

Polina Petrovska lives in the Blagoveshchensk town, Kirovograd region. She's 6 years old. Polinka was born a healthy child. At least, her mother thought so, until she became very ill with ARVI and the radiologist advised her to contact a cardio specialist. Mommy was told that Polina has a very large heart. The earth is gone from under the feet of mom. Mom and her daughter quickly went to the doctor for an ultrasound, which during the examination revealed what caused her constant illness and poor health – Polina was diagnosed with congenital heart disease (open oval window). After that, there was a trip to Kiev to the Amosov Institute and confirmation of the diagnosis.

The operation must be done now. At the Institute of Amos, it will be held free of charge, but the heart implant needs to be bought for money, its price – about 100,000 UAH – space for the mother, who independently brings up 2 daughters. Hope only on caring people!

Artem's story:

Artem was born prematurely and with a heart defect – secondary atrial septal defect. The boy was developing normally according to his age, grew up as an active, cheerful and playful boy. But, unfortunately, the hole in the heart is not closed and is constantly reminded about yourself. Now Artem my boy 5 years, he was constantly sick, tired quickly. After another examination in the clinic, Amosova doctors said that the surgery needs to be done urgently. A heart defect is like a ticking time bomb. You never know what can happen with a heart on.

Artem lives with his family in the Sutysky village, Vinnitsa region. He has a younger sister, father, mother and grandfather. They live in the old man in the house because they do not have their own homes. Artem's father works as a seasonal worker. Mom cares for children and grandfather. The money that one dad earns is only enough for food, clothing, everyday life and medicines for children. The family simply is not able to buy a heart implant. And you need to save the child now. The family collected 15 000 UAH by they own, but this is not enough, because 100 000 UAH are needed. Help us save Artem's heart!
