Road to the Heart. You can save thousands of lives!

Only in the Kherson region in the year there are 2,000 children-patients with heart disease and the same number of newborns with congenital malformations. Unfortunately, this is one of the progressive diseases among children in Ukraine. You can not be indifferent, because today, our cardiac experts can cure hundreds of thousands of young patients in just a year. The only thing they need is to provide the appropriate equipment.

Think about it: the needs of the cardiac centers of the equipment can reach from 500 000 UAH and more, and it is necessary all over Ukraine! That is why for over 7 years, the WOG company and Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace hold a charity event "Road to the Heart". During that time we collected more than 7 million UAH, which bought or repaired equipment for children's cardiac centers or cardio departments of Kiev, the Dnipro, Ratne, Kovel, Pervomaisk, and other cities.

On June, 1, started a new stage of the charity event "Road to the Heart". Our goal is to collect 1 000 000 UAH, for which we will purchase the necessary equipment in hospitals.

For Starovyzhiv Central regional hospital (Volyn region), we plan to buy:
- neonatal unit (system for neonatal resuscitation heated) – 149 thousand UAH;
- bilirubinometer Bilimet-K – 67 thousand UAH;
- monitor-defibrillator for adults – 80 UAH;
- portable patient monitor with thermal printer – 39 thousand UAH;
- neonatal pulse oximeter and sensors – 8.4 thousand UAH.

For Manevychi Central regional hospital (Volyn region), we plan to buy:
- 2 lamps of phototherapy for newborns – 46 thousand UAH;
- bilitest Technomedico (analyzer of hyperbilirubinemia) – 53 thousand UAH;
- the operating table for childbirth – 90,5 thousand UAH.

For Kherson regional children's hospital, we plan to buy:
- the electrocardiograph – 39 thousand UAH;
- daily patient monitor – 58 thousand UAH;
- ergometer with ECG Cardio and a personal computer – 270 thousand UAH.

For the Kiev center of pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery, we plan to pay for repairs to the apparatus of artificial blood circulation (about 100 000 UAH).

Charity event "Road to the Heart" will be held from 1.06.2017 to 31.08.2017. The conditions of the promotion: at any gas station WOG or WOG CAFE you need to buy a charitable heart, that cost 3 UAH, or transfer funds using the UBB website.
