Cerebral palsy is a trial, not a sentence! 2

Our purposeful boy Dmytro Bernaz is in dire need of rehabilitation. Dmytro has every chance to walk on his own, he only needs support and encouragement. Dmytro is a real fighter stubbornly making steps towards a healthy life on a daily basis. He has undergone two complex operations so far as well as a few rehabilitation. Dmytro is now 14 years old. For sick children of his age, cerebral palsy is one of the most difficult things to handle in their lives. It is particularly important to help Dmytro now because like all teenagers his body is developing and growing. Unless we all help Dmytro to learn how to walk now, he will never be able to do it himself.

Dmytro is expected to come to the center called "Guta" in Zaporizhia, Ukraine. It is common for adults to go to this center, but one of the doctors there, after reading Dmytro’s medical history, believes that Dmytro is a very promising child and that he will eventually manage to walk on his own. The doctors from the center are interested in Dmytro’s case. An individual program has been developed for him. According to this program, Dmytro shall work hard on his recovery for 15 days.

Currently, Dmytro works on achieving it on his own on a daily basis. He is active, both mentally and emotionally. Also, he attends school on like with all the other children. Dmytro is very interested in cars particularly their maintenance. Let's help Dmytro overcome this problem, let’s give him this opportunity to take control over his own body! Who knows, maybe he will become a famous race car driver, a car designer, or maybe he will open his own car service station one day!
