A cry, a fall to the ground, a convulsion that reduces the body to a fever and twists, the person suffocates, rises in foam and loses consciousness - as usually in the representation of the majority looks like an epileptic attack, which always happens unexpectedly and horrifies. By March 26 - the day of raising awareness about epilepsy, we want to help understand that in fact it is a myth and a picture from the movie.

In life, epilepsy can have the opposite form - and even more puzzling. The person will look as if in a state of intoxication, slowed down or vice versa, automatically continue to do what he did with an absolutely absent facial expression. Through such a variety in everyday life, epilepsy is often called a disease - a puzzle.

To understand how to distinguish bizarre manifestations, not to be afraid and to react, if it happened before your eyes, we will prepare the information that we will present in the posters. Simple step-by-step instructions are not only an opportunity to quickly navigate, but also to save lives, sometimes simply by unbuttoning the button around your neck.

We want to convey that epilepsy is a neurological, not a mental illness. It is not transmitted, and often everything is not as scary as it seems. Epilepsy is not only an innate, but often acquired disease that can be comprehended through an elementary craniocerebral injury. In Ukraine, next to us live thousands of people with a diagnosis of epilepsy. It can arise for everyone. If you want to support those who have already faced this disease - on March 26, dress in purple and come to the Postal Area at 19.00. Let's illuminate the Pedestrian Bridge with us and unite around the problem!

The collected funds in support of the project, we will spend on the production of posters in schools, kindergartens and offices, which will help to tell Ukrainians about the first measures to help those who had an attack.
