The family was really waiting for Polina. The eldest daughter was already 15 years old when a small miracle was born. However, the happiness was not long, at three and a half months the baby suddenly turned blue and lost consciousness while walking. In the intensive care unit, the diagnosis was first made: epilepsy. Later it was added: anomaly in the development of the brain, developmental delay. All dreams were shattered in one moment.

Since 2012, the family has only one goal – to put Polina on her feet. Over the years, a lot of rehabilitation has been completed and Ukrainian Charity Market donors have helped the girl more than once. Mom told us about Polinka's successes:

"I want to tell you a little bit about our new achievements. Polina was able to crawl and learned to kneel down to full height. The doctors told us that the cerebellar part of the brain is not developed, and, accordingly, my daughter will not be able to walk. But we, mothers, cannot just put up with this, and we try to squeeze out as much as possible, all the skills of our children. Yes, this is a long process, and for more than one year we have been fighting for the slightest opportunity to put the child on his feet.

Polina is a special child and she is intellectually very weak, but we believe into miracles, and sooner or later she will walk thanks to you and me. And also, my daughter began to chat a lot in her own way, she was silent before, but now, she is muttering something, there are a lot of phrases that are already understandable for us. Polina began to perceive speech. She already pays attention to animals. She is very interested in stroking them. Previously, she did not look at us, but now she communicates with us with curiosity. To continue moving forward, we need to go through more than one course and then yes, perhaps we will see another Polinka. We ask you very much to support us, please do not give up, because we are trying very hard".

Help Polina to continue her exercises with the rehabilitation therapists, this is very important.
