Artem is the first child in the family. In the first year of his life he was diagnosed with bilateral sensorineural deafness of 3-4 degrees and cerebral palsy, left spastic hemiparesis with severe persistent limb dysfunction. Now Artem is 12 years old, all this time the whole family has been working hard to help the boy succeed in mental development and learning, where he was experiencing significant difficulties.

Now Artem has finished the 5th grade of the Bila Tserkva Training and Rehabilitation Center at a sufficient level and moved on to the 6th. He is interested in learning. Physical education is his favorite subject.

2% of the world's population has certain hearing impairments. The most common diagnosis is "sensorineural hearing loss." If you do not control and treat the disease, it can lead to complete hearing loss, and in a short time. Hearing loss in this case is irreversible. Now Artem does not have any hearing aids! Previously, parents borrowed 1 device, but it broke in 2012 and since then the boy without devices, speaks with significant pronunciation defects and sign language, but deaf educators see a good prospect in the boy's mastery of quality conscious speech, and this requires two hearing aids. Unfortunately, the family has great financial difficulties, raises a little sister Elizabeth less than a year old and is unable to buy hearing aids for Artem.
