I'm running for you. Breathe! Galina Tytysh

Please, meet Galyna Tytysh – journalist, educator and former chief editor of 'Ukrainian Pravda. Life'. On 9th of April Galyna will run a race of Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon to raise funds to purchase resuscitation equipment for the Centre of pulmonology.

This will be the third time when Galyna take part in fundraising race. Year ago you have supported Galyna's efforts in raising funds for the Kyiv Blood Center. Due to your support the needed reagents for blood examination were purchased and hundreds of people got a chance for life. This year brought some changes. After almost 10 years of being chief editor of 'Ukrainian Pravda. Life', Galyna left the position to work in the non-profit sector and to develop own educational projects and Ukrainian educational system. She has a lot of plans related to the dreams about better education for kids.

But there are things which remain constant – desire to help those who are in need. Galyna will run to draw the attention to the needs of pulmonology patients and to raise funds for purchasing of spirograph – equipment, which measures respiration indicators of pulmonary patients, helps to control state of sick person and to make the correct diagnosis. This equipment is vitally important to keep people breathing.
