“How healthy? Is there no hypoxia? ”, the doctor was surprised, examining the newborn Vladislav. The boy was born in the 41st week of pregnancy, labor began only after a dropper, the boy was literally stuck in the pelvis of the future mother, and the doctor tried to listen, or the baby still has a heartbeat... A boy was born. Mom had no idea what this hypoxia was, especially when the pediatrician confirmed that her son was healthy.

The son and mother were discharged home, they regularly underwent scheduled examinations, after each mother heard: “Healthy”. However, when the time came to crawl and stand, Vlad did not succeed. Mom put him on his feet, and he fell down... At 9 months, the boy was shown to another neurologist, who immediately stated: Vladislav had hypoxia, and from birth. A delay in psycho-motor development is already its consequence.

Thanks to surgical treatment, which was started urgently, Vlad took his first steps in a year and 7 months. By that time, he already knew how to say “mother”, “woman”, but over time, his vocabulary increased. The boy went to a specialized kindergarten, a speech therapist is involved with him, but Vlad still says only a few words... And only three months ago, 6-year-old Vladislav was given a new diagnosis: motor alalia against the background of a central nervous system lesion.
