Yana is a girl from a family of forced migrants from the east of Ukraine. She was born in Luhansk in 2012. In June 2014, with the beginning of Russian aggression, the family was forced to move first to the city of Berdychev, and later, two years later, to the city of Kyiv, where the father had a job. The family experienced the cruelty of war for the second time on February 24, 2022, when Russia attacked Ukraine, but they remained in Kyiv and did not leave their home.

After entering the first grade, Yana experienced difficulties in learning, her parents turned to specialists to find out the reason. The reason was the child's poor hearing. The diagnosis is bilateral sensorineural hearing loss of the 2nd degree.

Yana is already studying in the second grade, but she speaks with significant defects, and hence also writes with many mistakes. In order to correct her speech, modern hearing aids are needed for both ears.

Unfortunately, the family is not able to collect such an amount, so we are asking for help from those who care. Your support will help Yana to fully hear and allow her to live a human life without limitations.
