Mother Vira was waiting for the birth of a little boy like magic. And at 38 weeks, a New Year's miracle was born. On the night of December 31 to January 1, 2018, 3210-gram Yaroslav deafened the staff of the hospital with a healthy cry. Everyone is happy! It seemed that the anxiety about the Rh-conflict of the mother with the child was behind and would soon be forgotten as a bad dream. This is where the miracles end... 

Then the events passed swiftly and reminded a summary of news from the front:

January, 4, 23:00 – the condition of the newborn has deteriorated sharply, with the appearance of respiratory disturbances, regurgitation of "coffee grounds" and bloating.

January, 5 – an attack of apnea, during the day the condition is severe, hemorrhagic pulmonary edema persists.

January, 6 – another deterioration of the condition, resuscitation measures were taken, from 22:15 the baby is on mechanical ventilation.

Do we need to describe the state of the mother, whose child is on the verge between life and death? The doctors did not hide the fact that mom should have time to say goodbye... At the age of 14 days, the boy was transferred to another hospital for further treatment, where his desperate struggle for life continued. No one will write down the real reason for what happened in the medical record, but Vera is sure that the condition was provoked by a hepatitis vaccine, given against the background of physiological jaundice, without taking into account the results of the test for bilirubin.

The child came home only in March. With a difficult diagnosis, but alive! Since then, the child's recovery classes have not stopped for a day. Yaroslav is now 2 years and 8 months old. And he has already gone through a lot in his short but difficult life. As long as the boy is small and his brain is plastic, neuro-sensory stimulation gives very good results, the child has every chance of finding a healthy, carefree childhood.
