The only chance to live for Illia

Illia was a cheerful boy with big blue eyes and incredibly beautiful smile, but in a few years he turned into the man who desperately needs help. After Grade 9, successfully passing the entrance exams to the Kiev College of Culture, Illia began to lose weight rapidly and he was often ill with bronchitis. No one was prepared for such a terrible diagnosis, which heard from doctors – Hodgkin’s disease, the 4-th degree.

Illia was a cheerful boy with big blue eyes and incredibly beautiful smile, but in a few years he turned into the man who desperately needs help. After Grade 9, successfully passing the entrance exams to the Kiev College of Culture, Illia began to lose weight rapidly and he was often ill with bronchitis. No one was prepared for such a terrible diagnosis, which heard from doctors – Hodgkin’s disease, the 4-th degree.

Doctors supported the decision of the family to treat in Belarus, Republican Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, which specializes in the treatment of various types of such disease. Of course, the treatment was a long, heavy, sick and very expensive. Taking into account the stage of the disease, Illia was appointed of 6 blocks of chemotherapy and 45 radiation sessions.

Unfortunately, it was found that Illia has the bone injured by the disease, which is very difficult to treat. Doctors reported that the disease progresses, after 37 radiation sessions. They cut his edge, which is not amenable to treatment. He should take 4 blocks of chemotherapy again, preparation for autotransplantation and the autotransplantation itself. It is a dificult operation, while the preparation and during of which there couuld be various complications, but only it can stop the progression of the disease.

llia and his parents believe in miracle, because the operation and the preparation are very much expensive – more than 50 thousand dollars, depending on the response of the organism. They don’t have such money in the family, because parents bring up two minor children and dad works only. Mama was forced to leave the job and went to Belarus with her son.

When the parents realized that by their forces they can no longer treat the child because they did not have enough money, they asked the Charity Foundation "Your support" for help. At that time, the guy was in the Belarusian clinic and was non-transportable. The Foundation decided to support parents in this difficult situation. By now, Charity Foundation "Your support" requests to all concerned people to take part in Illia life and help his family to raise money for treatment and surgery.

On UBB, we collect the part of the necessary amount for the treatment of Illia – 200 000 UAH.
