Kirill's operation
On February 3, 2022, at 15:00, the long-awaited operation began, which lasted until 20:35.
The essence of the operation is to partially cross sensitive nerves under neurophysiological control (neuromonitoring),
going to your feet and keep moving.
After the operation, the spasticity in Kirill's muscles decreased immediately after waking up from anesthesia. From now on, the legs move much more freely.
This will significantly improve the results of rehabilitation, facilitate child care, as well as start, and further improve walking skills.
The modern method of operation was developed in the United States by Dr. TAE SUNG PARK.
Until recently, patients from Ukraine had to travel abroad to the United States, Israel, and Poland to undergo such operations.
and because of the high cost of surgery, most parents could not afford such treatment.
