Yegor dreams of exploring the world around him

Yegor Slobodianiuk was born on July 1, 2021. From birth, he was diagnosed with severe congenital brain malformations: spastic tetraparesis (GMFCS Level V), dysgenesis of the corpus callosum, partial fusion of the frontal lobes, and lobar holoprosencephaly. This means he cannot sit, move, speak, or take care of himself independently.

Despite his condition, Yegor is an emotional and responsive child. He reacts to his mother's voice, enjoys music, and finds comfort in touch. He urgently needs ongoing social and daily life rehabilitation, including sessions with a psychologist and educator. These therapies help support his development and reduce the impact of his neurological disorders.

Yegor’s family is fighting for every bit of progress in his life. They are asking for help from kind-hearted people because each rehabilitation course is a step toward a life with more possibilities and fewer limitations.
