To open one’s eyes, to look around: you lie in your bed, at home, nothing takes you by the throat, and your mom sleeps in the room nearby… Why can’t you inhale anyway?”. It is only a nightmare for us, average people. But for the children and adults who live with cystic fibrosis, it is every day (every night) reality. The lungs are stuck with sputum during the night so that it is difficult to breathe. Inhalations and special exercises are the things that save. Every morning for the whole life. But what if there is no inhalator? If mom has no money to buy one?

The thing is that the usual inhalator does not fit for the person with cystic fibrosis. No usual inhalator can stand the load of 6 - 16 inhalations on average per day, without days off… Only special devices can work for 6 years and more under these conditions. The rest fail during a 1-2 year of usage. Furthermore, Inhalators Pari are the only inhalators where the remains of the medicine on the walls is 0.3 ml, the rest inhalators has0.8 ml. It would seem insignificant. But what if the cost of one 2.5 ml ampule is more than UAH 600? And what if this medicine should be taken every day for the whole life? And what if this medicine is not the only one to be taken? A person with cystic fibrosis can’t afford to lose even one milliliter of the medicine. No days of negligence towards treatment, not even one day. Life depends on this.

Not every family can afford to buy a professional inhalator. Every month these families had to spend too much, again and again they had to choose: medicines or equipment, surveys or food?
