THANK YOU: an initiative of VERA and new Ukrainian brands

VERA, in collaboration with two young Ukrainian brands, has announced the launch of a charity initiative called "Thank You". The aim of the project is to raise funds for medical equipment for the St Nicholas Children's Hospital of the First Medical Association in Lviv. 

The initiative aims to sell beautiful cosy things from Ukrainian brands with a soul, 100% of the profits from which will be donated to charity. The singer took part in the design of each of them. 

Together with the Willna brand, the singer created a silk scarf that also serves as an accessory amulet. VERA and the founders of the brand put deep meanings into each illustration on the scarf. It depicts amulets: a rag doll, a heart with a flower, and knots of happiness. The dove on the headscarf is a symbol of flight, freedom and peace, the sun symbolises masculine energy, strength, courage and masculinity, and the moon symbolises feminine energy, as well as prudence and intuition. 

Together with the Ptashatam brand, we have developed a linen tablecloth for home comfort. It has 4 elements embroidered in Ukrainian ornaments, which are hand-drawn and also convey meaningful symbols: the infinity is wind, energy, strength and movement, the curved line is water, rain, fluidity, the circle is fire, a symbol of the sun, and the diamond is the earth, fertility, a symbol of sown fields. 

All 100% of the profits from the sale of these items will be donated to St. Nicholas Children's Hospital in Lviv, where there is an urgent need for medical equipment for the ophthalmology department and a device for infusing fluids and medicines by intravenous or subcutaneous injection.
