Yulia is determined not to give up

The illness turned her life into a daily struggle. Every day the girl has 5 inhalations, a huge pile of pills and physiotherapy exercises. But Yulia resolved not to give up and learn to live with the diagnosis, so that in addition to treatment, she would have time for herself. She is in the 11th grade, attends an English language course, shoots videos for social networks, moves a lot to remove sputum better. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, Yulia's inhaler stopped spraying medicine, and the workshop said that it could no longer be repaired. A new powerful inhaler that will cope with a large number of inhalations costs 6 thousand hryvnias, and it also requires replaceable sets of cups and tubes – this is another 2.5 thousand hryvnias. The family did not manage to collect this sum on their own, because the girl's treatment requires many other constant expenses except for this. Her mother applies to caring people for help.

With cystic fibrosis, patients should move a lot so that sputum does not accumulate in the lungs. The exercises are accompanied by coughing up mucus, so the gym is not suitable – one needs to work out at home without strangers around. Yulia dreams of a treadmill to turn her room into a small gym.
