With Faith in the heart. 4

Premature birth, congenital heart disease, genetic disease, hypoxia, central nervous system lesions – with so many diagnoses, tiny Vera was born. The umbilical cord wrapped around the girl’s neck, doctors fought for her life. Faith... It was she who saved the newborn girl. Vira had no reflexes, however, there was Smith-Lemley-Opitz syndrome. And in order to begin treatment, Vira needed to eliminate heart disease. 

Heart surgery was done when the girl was 5 months old. The first obstacle was overcome. Next was hard daily work on every movement, reflex and skill.

Vira will soon turn 6 years old, behind her already many courses of treatment, each of which brings new victories. The girl first began to be interested in the outside world, later walking with support, then – better to eat. And after the last course of treatment, which Vera was able to visit thanks to your support, there were improvements in his behavior and perception.

"Though with a thousandth attempt, but we will succeed!", says Vira’s mother, not letting her hands down for a minute. She and her daughter are actively engaged at home, but according to the schedule, the girl should go to a new rehabilitation course. Unfortunately, there is no financial opportunity in my family to pay for this course. Therefore, we are starting a new fundraising for Vera. You can help.
