Imperfect osteogenesis is a case of bones breaking down in an even place. For his 9 years, Sergii suffered over 50 fractures: he leaned on his elbow – and got a fracture of his hands, took off his sock or lingered slightly on another foot – a hip fracture. He just has removed the old gypsum, as again gets fractures. There are full eyes of tears, terrible pain – all these child experiences almost every month. Doctors state – the worst of all, fractures will continue, and it the boy has to accept it.

But there is such a medicament, to be injected once per 4 months, assists to strengthen bone tissue. Then fractures occur less often. In Ukraine, this medicament was prohibited. But for the past two years, Sergii has been taken a treatment course in Kharkiv at the Sitenko institute. There, doctors just gave the hope that the boy will stand firmly on his legs and fractures will be less. However, to do this, he has to pass many stages of surgery to eliminate deformations and to install metal structures in the legs, through which he will be able to walk.

This family has two more children. Parents are in the process of divorce. And to buy metal constructions for Sergiy, it is necessary to raise UAH 137,644. For his mom, this amount is too large. After all, all of them live only on Sergiy's pension. So please help the boy to walk!
