"Miles of Grace", Pavlo Kazarin

Ukraine is not only Kyiv and Odessa, Lviv and the Dnipro. Ukraine is the villages and towns scattered throughout the country. Music stars will not come there with the concerts. No business center or supermarket will be built there. Most likely there is only a post office and first aid station. But children are living in every village of that type. They go to school and watch cartoons. They fight with the school bags and break their knees. And they are sick.

"Mobile Clinic" - a mobile ambulatory based on Marcedes Vito.

Inside of each autocar - ultrasound device, glucometer, ECG, otooftalmaskop and supplies (test systems, test tubes, medicines, gel for ultrasound system, refrigerant, etc.). At time of purchase in 2009 this vehicle cost 100 thousand dollars. Using this autocars teams of doctors can get to small towns and villages and provide medical care for HIV-positive children. In addition, they consult the medical staff in the field.

The results of "Mobile clinics" only in 2016:
- 1 371 child received quality medical care
- 200 of them were hospitalized in the regional medical institutions
- 684 medical staff trained

Mobile clinics for HIV-positive children are working in Ukraine for more than 7 years. Doctors and social workers from big cities regularly deliver medicines and antiretroviral therapy in the most affected by HIV / AIDS regions of Ukraine .

The project provides access to quality health care to low-income families, helps doctors to establish communication between the capital and regional centers and hospitals and specialists in the field.
