The project cannot be implemented

Dear donors! According to information from the Operator oh help team, a report on this project cannot be provided, because the head of the NGO "ARC BARWINOK" joined the ranks of the territorial defense of Kyiv from the first day of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, and in February 2022, while performing tasks, he went missing. Also disappeared was a laptop on which documentation was kept and key information with access to accounts was stored.
