Damir is a highly anticipated child who was born during a difficult labor. The mother's loss of consciousness, fetal hypoxia, infection, and the search for a diagnosis. The cytomegalovirus infection developed and reached the brain, and epilepsy developed. Damir was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. At the time when he should be learning to walk, he can't even chew.

Every day, his mother hopes for a miracle, but still diligently fulfills the prescriptions of doctors and rehabilitation therapists - daily exercises and massages. In addition to having problems with his musculoskeletal system, Damir has poor eyesight and cannot speak. A speech therapist helps him develop this skill, and he has to travel 40 kilometers by bus to attend classes twice a week.

Now Damir is 4 years old, cheerful and playful. He has already completed 7 rehabilitation courses, thanks to which he began to walk holding a handle, try to walk on his own (but still does not keep his balance); the boy turns over and sits up on his own, gets on all fours and knees, moves on the floor on his buttocks and hands, plays with toys, loves to hug his dog. "Damir loves to play with children and constantly asks to go to the playground with them, but his illness prevents him from going and playing. We are looking forward to each new rehabilitation course, because only with it Damir changes before our eyes, acquiring new skills and abilities," says the boy's mother.

Rehabilitation is the only thing that can give Damir a full and happy life. Unfortunately, her mother is unable to pay for 4 rehabilitation courses a year. The father, having learned about his son's illness, left the family and abandoned the child and does not help in any way. The only financial income in the family is social benefits from the state and help from relatives. Help the mother raise funds for her son's rehabilitation and give the boy a full life!
