The project "Unbreakable Mom: Reviving Women for the Revival of Ukraine" was supported

On August 10, 2023, the project "Unbreakable Mom: Reviving Women for the Revival of Ukraine" was funded from the Courage Bazaar's piggy bank in the amount of UAH 20,707.14. The project "Unbreakable Mom: Reviving Women for the Revival of Ukraine" is a continuation of the project "Unbreakable Mom" by the Masha Foundation, which aims to conduct a program to stabilize the emotional state of 100 women and children affected by the war. The program is specially designed by experts in the field of psychotherapy and post-traumatic syndromes. For three weeks, the participants of the trips will be working intensively with psychologists in the Carpathians. After that, those who need further therapy receive up to three months of psychological support and online supervision.

Almost 60% of those who have completed the program are women who have been under occupation, while the rest have survived the blockade or have been in terrible conditions in the hot spots of Ukraine. 25% have witnessed violence. Many of them have nowhere to return to - their homes are damaged or completely destroyed. There are girls who have been victims of war crimes, physical and sexual violence, and severe psychological trauma. Women and children who lost their family members, children who witnessed murders. Children with psychological disorders caused by the war. More than 80 psychologists are involved in the program.
