4-year-old Mariana Denisenko was born with Werdnig-Hoffmann spinal muscular atrophy syndrome, type 1 – a severe form. With the help of caring people parents raised funds for equipment for their daughter and moved home. Mariana is the first child who lives at home with the help of a lung ventilator. This apparatus parents support on their own. Due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate amount for expenses increased significantly, therefore, parents should ask for help all caring people.

"In order to maintain hygiene and sterility it should be given proper care for equipment and for the child. This requires consumables for mechanical ventilation and other essential devices, as well as care of tracheostomy. Every six months we raise money on consumables. We order them in Germany, as in Ukraine for our child there is nothing: from paths to food", – the mother tells.

Parents of Mariana need to raise more than 30 thousand UAH. For Mariana the raised funds in time is a ticket that costs as a life. "We ask all people who care to help us in this difficult struggle for life! Tests to cure SMA began! This is our chance and we want to support our daughter until drug's release. When a child is sick, any help is invaluable," says the girl's mother.
