News August 2025

Tanya is going through difficult times due to the deterioration of her condition. After an examination by a vascular surgeon in early summer, a neoplasm was found on her lower jaw, which requires immediate surgery. The girl was devastated to learn that her teeth would have to be removed due to jaw displacement. Further tests, including a biopsy, confirmed that Tanya has a malignant tumour – Ewing's sarcoma.

Tanya is currently undergoing chemotherapy in Lviv, where she has already completed three rounds of treatment. Although her condition remains serious and her test results are complicated, there are already positive developments: the tumour has shrunk by 25%. The girl misses her home and younger brother, but she is hopeful about a consultation with a Turkish surgeon in September.

Her mother supports her daughter with all her strength, and we are also keeping our fingers crossed for her and hope that Tanya will overcome this challenge.
