Not a single woman dreams to give birth to the child with the disability. But unfortunately, it happens… At first, child needs the professional assistance to survive. Later – to learn how to live – to learn things, which for other children are very simple and don't demand efforts. Besides work of professionals, there is a need in constant participation of parents. From early morning until late night they have to work without rest. They can't betray little one, give him to the orphanage, even if it is extremely difficult.

Features of such disease – limited mobility of face and tongue muscles, challenges in saying words. In order that special child will say the first word 'MAMA', he needs massage of articulation body organs by special tools - speech therapy probes. Due to it the number of pathologies of the speech apparatus decrease; muscles, which previously were not involved, are brought into working condition; the diction improves; there is a greater number of articulatory movements; normalizes the tone of the muscles of the face. And as a result of improving of blood and lymph movement the cerebral vessels are better supplied with the blood, which affects the processes of central nervous system recovery.
In rehabilitation centers, where parents periodically carry their babies to, such massage is included in the mandatory program. But one course for few months is not enough to get results.
Performing speech therapy massage at home for children with dysarthria, cerebral palsy, delayed speech or mental development greatly increases the chances of a small patient to recover.
The "Everybody Can" Foundation takes care of 14 special children. 6 of them need a speech therapy massage. By helping to purchase tools, you approach the moment when the mother hears the first and such long-awaited word of her baby.
