Makar: The road to freedom of movement. 3

Since birth, Makar has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, double hemiplegia, and symptomatic epilepsy. The child requires systematic rehabilitation 3-4 times a year at the Kozijavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic (Truskavets). Treatment at this center, based on the method developed over 30 years ago by Professor Kozijavkin (the center's director general), has gained wide international recognition thanks to its effectiveness. The rehabilitation system is based on a multimodal approach using a variety of methods to treat patients. The main component of the technique is biomechanical correction of the spine and large joints, combined with a complex of therapeutic measures: reflexotherapy, therapeutic physical training, massage, rhythmic gymnastics, mechanotherapy, and apitherapy.By stimulating the compensatory abilities of the child's body and activating brain plasticity, this system creates a new functional state in the child's body, which opens up opportunities for faster motor and mental development. The multifaceted therapeutic effects of this method, which complement and reinforce each other, are aimed at achieving the main goal of rehabilitation—improving the quality of life of patients.
Our goal is to get Makar back on his feet and give his mother a child who is unrestricted in his movements. 

Thanks to charitable donations, the platform of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange dobro.ua raised UAH 28,684.00 (twenty-eight thousand six hundred and eighty-four hryvnias) and 00 kopecks. The rehabilitation course lasted from November 10 to November 21, 2025.
 After the boy completed the course of treatment, we paid the bill of UAH 28,684.00 (twenty-eight thousand six hundred eighty-four hryvnias) 00 kopecks issued by the clinic.

      In the treatment report, Mom wrote: "Greetings to all our dear benefactors and our beloved Everybody Can Foundation! Our son Makar Nastenko has completed another course of rehabilitation at the Koziaikin Clinic. Makarchik happily followed all the doctors' instructions. We came for medical examinations, anthropometry, therapeutic exercises, massage courses, corrections, paraffin applications, reflexotherapy, hand and wrist modeling, joint development, additional exercise therapy, facial massage, and mechanotherapy. During treatment, muscle tremors decreased, movements became freer, Makar became more sociable and relaxed, drooling decreased, range of motion increased, he began to hold his head more confidently, and began to constantly say the words “papa,” “baba,” “mama,” and sing along emotionally. We are very pleased with the results of the procedures. Thank you very much for your support and help for our family, which you invest in the development of our child. It is very valuable to us! We wish you and your families good health, peace, and prosperity! We are sincerely grateful to each of you!!!
