Maxim dreams of overcoming the disease

From the early childhood goes to the dream through the physical and emotional pain. After all, his dream is to overcome the disease as much as possible and to have a chance to go into independent living. Maksym was born with weight of 1 kg 600 g and spent his first month in hospital: first in an incubator, then on a heated mat. Only a month later, the baby was able to eat milk on his own, without special tubes.

His mother understood that there was a difficult but very important road ahead – to put Maksym on his feet... Treatment in clinics, sanatoriums, physical rehabilitation in special centers and constant work at home – exercise therapy, exercise equipment... Unfortunately, children with cerebral palsy do not have such a childhood as other children do. This is a constant pain, a load on the muscles, because all the movements need to be done with a lot of effort.

Now Maksym is growing very fast and he needs to undergo treatment every 3-4 months in special centers. After the success of the boy during his rehabilitation at the International Center for Rehabilitation, he seeks to get there again and get one step closer to freedom from his illness. But the cost of the rehabilitation is a barrier on the way.
