Thanks to the kind hearts of supporters, Maksym has the opportunity to go through endless rehabilitation and has achieved certain successes. According to the medical commission's conclusion, the boy transferred from education for children with developmental delay to genera education system. And he performed great!

Maksym is very kind and positive, he can be happy for others, taking his fate as an example. And he is smart and you can consult with him! He knows how to make friends and keep friends. But he cannot stand up and walk on his own, because he moves only with the help of others and with a rollator. But even this he could not do for a long time, and this is already a great achievement!

Maksym was born prematurely in Luhansk, over time he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis. Family life has changed significantly. Maksym had constantly undergo treatment and rehabilitation. Mother took him to the pool, to sessions with a speech therapist and a psychologist, to hippotherapy, twice a year he was treated in a specialized sanatorium, at the age of seven he underwent surgery and much more. And it gave results. Maksym began to speak well, compose sentences, learn poems.

And then the war came to his house. For nine years, the boy with his mother and brother have been forced to live in rented apartments, saving their lives. Since last year, stress has increased, because Maksym understands everything and passes it through himself, worries about our homeland, our people. And these brings the negative consequences - the growth of salvation, which can be dangerous for health. In this very difficult time, it is extremely important for a child to undergo rehabilitation.

The Maksym’s hope is to get on the next course of treatment to keep the body functions that have been developed over years of hard work. Support the boy!
