Maxim is a wanted child. Mom was very happy when she knew about her pregnancy. Pregnancy passed without complications with the dreams about a healthy, beautiful child who would be happy with the family. But she had not a possibility to enjoy the life, only to fight for it. Maxim was born at 41 weeks. A baby was pushed out of the womb. He did not cry, he could not breathe by himself. Prolonged reanimation actions led to cerebral edema. Then – reanimation, cramps, doctors' predictions.

Now Maxim is 6 years old. All this time his life is supported by massages, therapeutic exercise, pills, treatment in the Neurology department, regular rehabilitation courses. He had already had courses of dolphin therapy and hippotherapy. Positive dynamics are achieved! We should not stop the treatment so that the disease does not start to progress. It is important to prevent the contractures that paralyze the child's body and deprive the ability to move, cause severe pain.

Maxim's life is divided into periods from one medical treatment to another. So often in the mornings, waking up he sees before himself not the wallpapers in the boats, but the white walls, does not feel the aroma of mother's pancakes, but the smell of medicines. And morning exercise is not funny foolery with dad, but exhausting work with rehabilitologists. Maxim with his mother regularly attends free classes at the city's rehabilitation center, but that's not enough. Appreciable improvements in the health state occur after treatment in the center of the «Apis-Meliksa». The child needs such courses 3-4 times per year, and they cost very expensive.

It is getting worse to get the the bills. Mother needs a break. But not physical - she has long been an invincible warrior who has no right to a woman's weakness. The amount of money that seems to be affordable for many of us is already a disabling burden for Maxim's family. After all, all savings are exhausted by the long treatment of the son.
