A little miracle for orphans from Farmaplant

New Year is a family, a children's holiday. Fireworks, gifts, banquet tables, magical mood. Kids all over the world make wishes and look forward to their performance. But there are many children whose New Year isn't a holiday like the others have, because they don't have, perhaps, the most important – their own family. Someone hasn't got mom and dad, and someone's parents can't or don't want to create not only a holiday for their own, but also quiet weekdays.

The Center of Help "Home of Happy Children" helps disadvantaged children since 2007. It is home for kids "from streets", kids, who have faced difficult circumstances and tragedies. They usually come to the Center physically weakened, with a variety of chronic diseases. In "Home of Happy Children" they find out a shelter and protection from alcoholic and drug addicted parents. These are children who have experienced too much – violence, hunger, children who were thrown by their own mother and father, whose relatives have died, children who left without their family, without home, care and joy. They don't blame the fact that they chose a bright, kind, cheerful and happy childhood. New Year's holidays for them are something desirable but unattainable.

German pharmaceutical company Farmaplant, which has business in Ukraine for many years, decided to make a real holiday for the children of the Centre. After all, "Business – it's not so much the money, but the process of changing the world for better!".

Farmaplant company and its employees decided to do a good deed and to give children a small wonder – the execution of their Christmas wishes. Each child of the Center "Home of Happy Children" wrote a letter, and listed what he would like to receive on the New Year's Eve. The list of children's included skateboard, and scooter, and children's skis, sleds, bikes and, of course, toys – what children dreamed the whole year of!

But except the gifts, the company Farmaplant, known in the Ukrainian market for its nasal spray Bris, wanted to do something useful for health of children from the "Home of Happy Children". Therefore, the company paid for the vacation for the kids in the summer camp where kids will have a course of recreational therapy.

Employees of Farmaplant say: "We understand that now there is a difficult time for Ukraine, but we are ready to help its children to remember and to believe that in life there are not only difficulties, but also the miracles".
