On June 19, 2020, the project “Mom, can I become a dancer?” Was posted on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, the purpose of which was to raise funds to pay for a rehabilitation course at the Rehabilitation Center provided by FOP Andriyash SP for Makarova Medicine (diagnosis - cerebral palsy). The collection ended on August 4, 2020, but our Fund received funds from the UBB ICF on August 28, 2020. Rehabilitation of Lika was supposed to start in mid-August, so our Foundation temporarily used funds from its own resources and paid for the rehabilitation on August 14, 2020. During rehabilitation, the girl underwent hand therapy, developed a brush, as well as massage and exercise. Spasticity of legs and left arm decreased. Balance and coordination improved, gait, Lika began to put his legs more evenly. But Alona's mother says that a lot of work is needed, and this requires systematic rehabilitation. The family hopes that the centers will not be quarantined again. The mother is very grateful for the help, because her financial situation is difficult, and she still has to raise two children. Thank you to UBB ICF for assistance in implementing good deeds!
