Who are the families with children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances today? According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Childhood" dated 04/26/2001 No. 2402 "a child who is in difficult life circumstances is a child who has found himself in conditions that negatively affect his life, state of health and development in connection with military actions and military conflict". Therefore, every family that raises one or more children and remains in Kharkiv during the period of active military operations is a family in difficult life circumstances and needs external support within the framework of this project.
