Mariana dreams of safety for her sons

Two brothers Misha and Sasha have one diagnosis for both. Severe genetic disease destroys their lungs and threatens their lives.

Mariana has been suspecting for a long time that something was wrong – mother's heart never lies. Both sons, having 4 years difference in age, had weak health. Boys often suffered from severe pneumonia and chronic bronchitis, and gained weight poorly. Doctors diagnosed them with cystic fibrosis only when Sasha was 13 and Misha was 9. Since that time they have had daily inhalations (6 times per day as for now), physiotherapy and a lot of medications, which help to keep the disease under control. But this so-called  period of stability between exacerbations of the disease is also under threat: as the state can provide only a minimum portion of drugs, so that the family has to buy the rest of medicines themselves. The brothers use one inhaler, that is very dangerous because of the high risk of transmitting infections from one boy to another.

The boys have dreams: Sasha has great expectations in achieving a lot in computer engineering, and Misha is eager to travel all over the world. And mother Mariana dreams of her sons being free of a terrible disease.

Dreams must come true, so we ask for help in providing the boys with medicines for 2 months, purchase an inhaler with variables and a sterilizer for cups and tubes for it, as well as obtaining personal breathing simulators for both boys, that will help their lungs become stronger.
