On August 26, 2020, the project “Mykhailyk may lose his hearing!” Was posted on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange ICF, the purpose of which was to raise funds to pay for hearing aids for Mykhailo Nafastovych (diagnosis - sensorineural hearing loss, 2nd degree). The family was very much looking forward to the completion of the gathering, as the study began, and Mikhail's success and development directly depend on whether the child has a hearing aid. Misha did not have a hearing aid at all, and he was threatened with hearing loss, parents were very worried about this, because they could not provide their child with expensive devices. But now, thanks to the opportunity provided by the UBB ICF and all the donors who are concerned about the boy's situation, Misha can now hear. On October 15, the family received two hearing aids. Mykhailo goes to school cheerful and happy and tells everyone with a smile that his mother gave him these devices. Now the boy's general development should improve significantly, hearing aids will also help in communication with others, understanding and language, and in the presence of hearing aids, the risk of even greater hearing loss is much smaller.
