According to information from the Help Operator, certain changes took place during the implementation of the project, namely, there was a need to change the clinic to provide rehabilitation services in the format of a specialist visiting the child's place of residence, as there are logistical difficulties associated with power outages and limited public transport, which makes it difficult to visit the rehabilitation facility regularly..
