St. Mykolai, I'm waiting for you!

It seems, 2018 has been only started, but it is not far from the beauty of winter. Meanwhile, the volunteers of the Charity Foundation "You are an Angel" had a lot of work, and the new project – the organization of New Year holidays for our little wards – needs to be paid attention. We plan to visit more than 800 children with Christmas gifts from St. Mykolai this year. They are orphans, social orphans, or those boys and girls who are in difficult life situations.

St. Mykolai Day – is the day we remind the person who was able to share his love with his neighbors; who put someone else's needs higher than his own; who brought the fairy tale into the lives of thousands of people in the world! Most of us love to receive gifts and pleasant surprises. Especially from the closest people who know our needs, our tastes and desires. And how kids like such surprises! You can say with certainty that St. Mykolai Day is one of the most beloved holidays of the little children.

Each of our wards knows that if he/she are well behaved, be diligent in learning and do not cheat, then the gray-haired grandfather will definitely bring some interesting present under the pillow. Do not divulge if we say that not only youngest kids are waiting for the gifts, but also teens! In order not to leave our friends in this magical time without attention, Charity Foundation "You are an Angel" appeal to you for help. For the purchase of sweet gifts for orphans and children deprived of parental care, as well as those whose parents, due to difficult living conditions, are not able to allocate funds for presentations now, we need to raise UAH 35,000.

How old we were, bright St. Mykolai Day always heats us and carries the spirit of something unexplored and wonderful. We want to believe that the same thing should be left in the memory of our little wards, and maybe they will also want to help those in need some time. Let's together, jointly, give the children a fairy tale, because in adult life fairy tales are so few!
