‘There is no sodium chloride, glucose…’, ‘I have a check for 350 hrivnas, can you help me?..’, ‘Is it possible to find...?’ - it's not all phrases that I hear every day from parents of our patients. It seems sodium chloride – 6 hrivnas, biseptol – 23 hrivnas… Trifle? Not in their case.

The kid, who gets daily very toxic treatment discharges from the hospital a sick man. All without exclusions internals suffer through passing chemotherapy (the main treatment of cancer). Near the main terrible diagnosis – cancer we can also see pancreatitis, hepatitis, myocarditis in the child’s hospital card.

That’s why it is very important to pay attention to the organism of the patient during treatment. And this is the biggest part of all costs supported by parents of these children. This is fine if the kid has the both parents! But the main part of our patients are children from single-parent families and villages where you even can’t find job. Of course the most important purpose for the parents is to recuperate their children, to see how they’re laughing, playing with friends, studying. But after discharge instead enjoy this, they begin a new struggle: calculation of debt, mortgage payments.
