The Active Longevity Club “Second Youth” operates within the framework of the social project of the “Center for Creative and Intellectual Development “Family Space” Fund. For more than 20 years, the club’s goal has been to organize leisure and prevent social isolation among lonely elderly people. 50 beneficiaries of the project “A place for communication for lonely elderly people. 10” have been able to regularly visit the Active Longevity Club “Second Youth” and take part in the club’s events. In addition to communication and a good mood, they receive psychological assistance and other social services as needed. Given their experience working with this category of beneficiaries, the project staff is constantly looking for new areas for the club’s development, interesting excursions within the city, and inviting guests who may be interesting to elderly people, singers, poets, etc. Every month, a big holiday is held – birthday party, where elderly people are congratulated and tea parties are organized. Thanks to the funds collected on the dobro.ua platform, the rent for the club premises for November and December 2024 was paid to the BO ICF "UBB" for a total amount of UAH 12,470.26, including funds from the BO ICF "UBB" in the amount of UAH 12,200.00 (twelve thousand two hundred UAH 00 kopecks)
