On February 18, 2020, the project “My goal is to get back on my feet” was posted on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange ICF, the purpose of which was to raise funds to pay for a medical voucher at the Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic for Vadim Bazko (diagnosed with cerebral palsy). At the end of March, the collection was completed, and on April 1, the Foundation paid for the treatment for Vadim. But due to quarantine restrictions, the family was forced to postpone treatment to August. On August 28, Vadim completed his rehabilitation course. The goal of the Bazko family is to get Vadim to start walking with walkers on his own and to take care of himself as much as possible. To do this, doctors recommend rehabilitation every 3-4 months. Now Vadim is already holding hands with straight knees, the guy used to squat. After each rehabilitation, Vadim loses tone in the legs and tension, and each time the child is one step closer to the goal… Vadim's rehabilitation report was received from the clinic only in October, so there was a slight delay in submitting the report. The amount of rehabilitation under the act is 38,495 hryvnias. The balance of the project funds in the amount of 804 (eight hundred and four) hryvnias will be returned to the UBB ICF account in accordance with the UBB ICF Rules, Principles and Procedures.
