Give wings to our children

Today I am 43 years old. I spent most of my life in educational institutions, first as a student, and then as a teacher and research assistant. Even now, when my place of work is already outside laboratories, classrooms and departments, my focus is on the quality of education. 
 
Last week, during a working visit to Zakarpattia, I went to a small rural school in the village of Turya-Remety. Now 480 children from nearby villages study there, but this number will soon grow. The school has a gym, as if from my childhood, cozy auditoriums and a renovated dining room. It's not ideal, but the headmaster and teachers are doing everything to attract additional resources and projects to the school. 
 
This is why I want to help them create a real library. Unfortunately, the library is not a priority for the local authorities, and now here, in a room called a library, there are books that were published in 1949. I would like to update their book shelves, equip comfortable places for reading and buy good Ukrainian-language books. 
 
Such a library would be a real gift for me and half a thousand children. 
 
This year all congratulations are accepted here, and I hope that together we can create a modern library in a small rural school.
