Hope for little Illia. Second stage

Illia is the third dearest and desired child in the family. As the result of the pre-natal hypoxia during the perinatal period and maternity the boy had serious problems of the nervous system.

Since his first days the boy had sleep disorders and a developmental gap. When he was 4 he couldn’t even talk, he also didn’t understand when people applied to him and couldn’t eat by himself. The child doesn’t play, communicate with people and there are still sleep disorders. He cannot do anything without his mother, he needs her attention all day long.

"When the boy will be 5 years - he’ll be the disabled one" - sentenced the specialist. He observed the boy since his birth and he didn’t see any chances for progress despite the treatment and the specialized help in neurological clinics, where the researches of brain’s maternity, the places of its impairments and its correction are conducted. He will celebrate his 5th birthday in July this year.

Unfortunately, when Illia was 4 and after a thorough examination in the clinic in Kyiv, his doctor Latsenko determined the correct diagnosis – long-term consequences of hypoxic-ischemic damage of brain in the perinatal period; hypothalamic dysfunction. At that time the first treatment and the rehabilitative course were conducted, which helped Illia.

The doctor said that the boy had chances and gave the hope that was approved after the first course. Illia could say some words together, understand when people talk to him, he tries to eat and get undressed by himself.

We have no idea how many such courses we must have, but this procedure helped Illia. We can joinour efforts and help this boy to live. But mom does not give up! Treatment costs 63,370 UAH. 6 months numerous procedures that the boy had been healthy.

To do somebody good is easy. We should try to give ourselves and Illia a chance for miracle.
