"Call after quarantine", Anya was told, and it's even worse than "after the holidays", because it's completely unclear how long to wait. And Anya has a daughter with a serious illness, which is not under any quarantine. It requires the continuation of the daily treatment, otherwise it will destroy the child's body - everything is serious. It will not wait until officials return to the routine allocation of funds for the girl's treatment.

Anya works with a lot of daily contacts and buys means of protection at her own expense… Too much "at her own expense". 

Alyonka has been living with cystic fibrosis for almost 10 years - all her life, the disease is congenital, genetic. From year to year, the family spends large sums on treatment, because the budget covers only a part of what is needed. Cystic fibrosis cannot yet be completely cured. But there is a therapy, a plan of maintenance treatment that allows to keep the disease under control and doesn't allow it to destroy the body. Without treatment, the destruction is rapid and irreversible, so there is no choice. The family focuses all its efforts on making Alyonka live and feel her best.

Now the family needs help. Alyonka needs a stock of medicines for the nearest future, until the situation stabilizes and it is possible to get something from the budget. Her mother Anya needs medical respirators to make her work safe. It is very important to protect her from the infection, because at home for her is waiting her daughter, who has too many trials apart from a new virus.
