Well-fed 2025

On December 24, 2025, the “Fed 2025” campaign was launched on the dobro.ua website to raise funds for emergency local assistance to homeless people on the brink of survival. The funds raised were used to purchase 1,180 packaged meals, which fed 1,180 homeless people over the course of 10 weeks during the cold season of 2025–2026. Each meal consisted of: barley soup or kharcho soup, potatoes with meat or buckwheat porridge with a cutlet, and bread.  

The total cost of the project, including transportation costs, labor and service fees, and administrative expenses (including banking services), amounted to 211,875.78 UAH. The meals were distributed in Kyiv—in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Volunteers were enlisted to assist with the distribution of hot meals, as well as to ensure social distancing and guide people to shelters during air raid alerts. The project leader and project manager were present at every stage of the project’s implementation. 

In total, thanks to donations, 1,180 people were fed over a 10-week period in the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kyiv, specifically on December 18 and 25, 2025; January 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2026; and February 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2026. Thanks to this project, we were able to partially meet the basic food needs of homeless people during the cold season, thereby reducing the mortality rate among them. In total, 211,875.78 UAH (two hundred eleven thousand eight hundred seventy-five hryvnias and 78 kopecks) was spent. The remaining unspent funds for the project amount to 4 UAH 22 kopecks (four hryvnias and 22 kopecks).
