Science goes to children

Developing intellect of Ukraine together! New project «Science rides to children» of the «Help young» Foundation has started. Give children opportunity to experience the atmosphere of scientific discoveries and feel themselves like real scientists who make wonder with their own hands. More than 500 boys and girls from socially disadvantaged groups during the summer can take part in 12 scientific shows.

One year ago we launched a project on ubb.org.ua "Give your child a real celebration of science." Then we not only managed to attract a sponsor and raise the necessary funds, but also surpassed our wildest expectations. Together, we have presented a real miracle for 171 pupils of boarding school Kyiv's region. And every time we saw crowded curiously looks and smiles beaming with happiness of these children, we understood that making invaluable – opening to them the way to the future.

This year again we want to help teenagers who have no parents or whose parents through the critical situation in the country does not have the capacity to engage in educational development of their children. The purpose of this project - to capture children's imagination wonders of science that will help them to choose their path in life and not stay lost for society.

To reduce costs and increase the number of project participants, this year we will make visiting scientific shows right in boarding schools and summer camps for children without parental care and children among internally displaced persons. Within of the project planning organized 12 scientific shows at least for 500 children. Each such show will be conducted by trained volunteer presenters. For realization of one show, needs to collect 3000 UAH for the purchase of supplies, equipment rental, transportation and overhead costs.

Give children a holiday of science, because every hryvnia spent on education can open up to the world a future genius. The future of our is in our children's hands!
